Serious training ride
A more challenging course and often the fastest ride. Variable road conditions, rolling hills. This can be a drop or no-drop ride. There are often several groups riding from WCC, so ask around.  Paceline skills are a must and drafting is the key to recovery and holding on.  A good interval ride to raise lactate threshold HR/power levels.

This is an informal ride with no leader. If you have questions or want to confirm that others will be riding that week please post on the GCBC Facebook Group. You do not have to be a member of GCBC to join the FB group.
